This story is of a brave Air Force officer who not only protected his airbase from the attack of Pakistan, but when needed, he formed a team of hundreds of women from the surrounding villages and changed the map of the entire airbase overnight. Ajay Devgan will be seen playing the role of this Air Force officer Vijay Karnik in the film.

Ajay Devgan’s interest in Desh Prem films is increasing a lot in recent times. Just last year, he has started a series on such brave soldiers who laid down their lives for the country, about whom the current generation does not know much. The first film of this series “Tanaji” was a super hit at the box office. Ajay’s co-star Sharad Kelkar in the film ‘Tanhaji’ will also be seen in the film “Bhuj: The Pride of India”.

The movie ‘Bhuj: The Pride of India’ has been eagerly awaited since years. This film has been one of those Disney Plus Hotstar films that this OTT decided to take directly to the audience. The film’s hero and director Ajay Devgn has decided to release the film on August 13 to celebrate the glorious victory won 50 years ago in the Indo-Pak war. Apart from Ajay Devgan, Sanjay Dutt, Sonakshi Sinha, Amy Virk, Nora Fatehi and Sharad Kelkar will also be seen in lead roles in the film “Bhuj: The Pride of India”, inspired by true events.

The film “Bhuj: The Pride of India” tells the story of Vijay Karnik, a brave Indian Air Force officer. He was in charge of the Bhuj airport’s security system at the time of the Pakistan attack and the film will show how he rebuilt an entire airbase after the attack with the help of 300 women from the nearby village of Madhapar. Along with the announcement of the release date of the film, the motion poster of the film has also been released on Tuesday.

These days Ajay Devgan himself is making a film “May Day” in the role of an airplane pilot. He is also its director and is also working in it. Amitabh Bachchan is playing a special character with him in the film. Prior to that, he would be seen as an Air Force officer in the film “Bhuj: The Pride of India”. The trailer of the film will be released on July 12. This story written by Abhishek Dudhaiya, Raman Kumar, Ritesh Shah and Pooja Bhavoria has been directed by Abhishek Dudhaiya.

With the release of the film “Bhuj: The Pride of India”, Ajay Devgan is also going to start work on his first OTT series. Ajay Devgan will be seen playing the same role as the original Idris Elba in the web series “Rudra – The Age of Darkness”, which is going to be a remake of the famous British web series “Luther”.
