Nowadays the meaning of love and affection has changed. Situationship has taken their place. In earlier times, hearts used to break once in a lifetime. Nowadays it breaks even half a time a week. In such a situation, this film raises the question whether robots can love better than humans. Are robots more trustworthy than humans? This film, released on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, shows a different color of love and also entertains.
What is the story
This is the story of a robotic engineer named Aryan who does not want to marry because he does not like any girl but then he falls in love with Kriti Sanon, a robot named Sifra. How does he fall in love with a robot? Then what happens when he introduces her to his family and how does this robotic love turn out? This is the story of the film.
How was the movie
The beginning of this film is quite bad. Initially it seems that what is going on. The film bores you but by the time the interval comes, the film comes to the real point when Kriti Sanon’s Shahid, who has become a robot, is introduced to his family. From there the real story begins and the film entertains in the second half. It is only in the second half that you feel that this film is worth watching. The story has been built in the first half but it has taken too much time. It could have been shortened. The scene when Kriti meets Shahid’s family is very funny. Entertains you a lot. The film also gives the message that robots can love better than humans. There is a surprise in the climax and an attempt has been made to make the ending interesting.
How was the acting of Shahid and Kriti Sanon in the film
Shahid Kapoor’s work is good. He looks good on screen but Shahid has done all this before also. There is nothing new in this. Kriti Sanon is the life of this film. Kriti has done a good job in the role of robot. Kriti has not done anything like this before…when she gives robotic expressions, it makes me laugh a lot. In a way, this film revolves around Kriti and Kriti has played this character with complete honesty. It’s nice to see Dharmendra on screen but his character needed to be given a little more space. If Dharmendra is acting at this age then he had to be used properly. Dimple Kapadia looks good and her work is also good. The rest of the actors have also done a good job.
Direction
The direction of Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah is fine. The first half needed to be better. His hold on the film becomes apparent only in the second half. The story and subject are interesting but in that respect the treatment of the film seems weak. If some more funny scenes were included, the film would have looked better.
If we talk about music
Sachin Jigar’s music is average. Except the title song, no song touches your heart. You can comfortably go out between songs.
Overall, an attempt has been made to make a different kind of film and the attempt has been successful to some extent. This film has come on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. You can see…
