Stree 2 has shattered the box office drought with its phenomenal performance. Garnering over ₹250 crores in its first week alone, the film shows no signs of slowing down.

Even on its 8th day, this horror-comedy featuring Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor continues to impress with strong earnings. Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 has outperformed the South Indian film Kalki 2898 AD, starring superstar Prabhas, in terms of collections on the 8th day.

Stree 2 Outshines Kalki on Day 8

Stree 2 capitalized on the festive holidays of August 15th and Raksha Bandhan, delivering a record-breaking performance at the box office. The film continues to perform well during weekdays, with its 8th-day earnings leaving everyone astonished.

According to a Saccanilk report, Stree 2 raked in ₹18 crores on Thursday. In contrast, the Telugu film Kalki 2898 AD, released on June 27, managed to earn ₹10.10 crores from its Hindi version on its 8th day.

While Kalki’s total earnings across all languages amounted to ₹22 crores on the 8th day, Stree 2 has surged far ahead in terms of single-day collections.
