Police say that Raj Kundra has been arrested for making pornographic films and streaming it on some apps. The police have claimed that they have a lot of evidence against Raj Kundra.

Raj Kundra is a businessman and people are surprised by his arrest that the husband of Bollywood’s famous actress is involved in such business under the guise of business. Anti Pornography Law under IT Act

There will be so much punishment under IT Act and IPC

In such cases, there is a provision for punishment under Section 67 (A) of the IT (Amendment) Act 2008 and Section 292, 293, 294, 500, 506 and 509 of the IPC. Depending on the seriousness of the offence, imprisonment up to 5 years or a fine of up to Rs 10 lakh can be imposed. However, if a person commits such a mistake again, he can be punished with imprisonment of up to 7 years. If the charges against Raj Kundra were proved, he would get this punishment.
